What we did
As an agency hired by the Government of India, we were entrusted with a critical task: installing GPS trackers in vehicles transporting secret ballots for the General Lok Sabha Elections, which determine the election of the Prime Minister of India. Our responsibilities encompassed the cities of Mumbai, Thane, and Pune, with a fleet of over 1000 vehicles. The entire operation was to be completed within a tight timeframe of 5 days.
To ensure the successful execution of this mission, we took charge of recruiting and training a skilled workforce. As the manager overseeing the entire operation, I assumed the responsibility of coordinating all activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the project.
The tracked vehicles and their movements were closely monitored and supervised by the respective city mayors, underscoring the significance and transparency of the electoral process. Our agency strived to uphold the highest standards of integrity and efficiency throughout the operation.
By deploying advanced GPS technology and leveraging our expertise in logistics management, we aimed to enhance the security and traceability of secret ballots, safeguarding the democratic process.
