Approach
The job was to improve the digital arm of the business by creating a new strategy from the ground up. Created an improved B2B and B2C strategy to grow the USA and Trinidad and Tobago business. The B2C strategy focused mainly on second-generation Caribbean customers residing in the USA and traditional tea lovers who believe in real organic ingredients.
